The website is information, not an offer

Everything on this site — designs, photographs, inclusions, indicative pricing and timeframes — is general information to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract, and nothing on this site creates a binding agreement between us.

Any building work we carry out is governed solely by a signed building contract. Where this website and a signed contract differ, the contract applies.

Accuracy of content

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error. Design specifications, inclusions and prices change, and the cost of a build depends on your block, your selections, site conditions and authority requirements.

Photographs show homes we have completed. They may include landscaping, furniture, styling, fixtures and finishes that are not included as standard. Floor plans and dimensions are indicative and are not to scale.

Your use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Copy, reproduce or republish material from the site for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Submit false information, or another person's details

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photographs, floor plans, designs, logos and layout — is owned by Continent Homes or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own personal use in considering a build with us. Any other use requires our written permission.

This site may link to other websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, and residential building work in Victoria carries statutory warranties under the Domestic Building Contracts Act 1995 (Vic).

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the section above, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from relying on information published on it. Please confirm anything important with us directly before acting on it.
